HybridTrader is operated by Firegenie Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), company number 08512583, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom with registered office at 17 Coburg Lane, Langdon Hills, Basildon, England, SS16 6TH.

Firegenie Solutions Ltd operates HybridTrader on behalf of Hybrid Dashboard FZ-LLC, a company based in the United Arab Emirates.

Firegenie Solutions Ltd currently provides operational, customer-support, contracting and billing services in connection with the HybridTrader platform on behalf of Hybrid Dashboard FZ-LLC. Until Hybrid Dashboard FZ-LLC’s UAE banking arrangements are operational, subscriptions entered into under these Terms are contracted with and billed by Firegenie Solutions Ltd.

References to "HybridTrader", "the Service", "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms refer to the services provided by Firegenie Solutions Ltd in connection with HybridTrader on behalf of Hybrid Dashboard FZ-LLC.

You must be at least 18 years old to use HybridTrader.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction;
• the information you provide to us is accurate and up to date; and
• you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

We may restrict access to the Service where we reasonably believe that its use would be unlawful or prohibited in a particular jurisdiction.

HybridTrader is an educational, informational and analytical technology platform designed to provide tools and information that may assist users in researching and understanding financial markets.

The Service may include, depending on your subscription and the features available at the time:

• market data and market-data visualisations;
• economic information and events;
• financial-market news;
• AI-generated analysis, commentary and insights;
• trading journals;
• trading statistics and performance analysis;
• trade-import and account-sync functionality;
• research and analytical tools;
• market research features;
• dashboards and visualisations; and
• other educational and informational features that we may introduce from time to time.

Features may vary depending on your subscription, account, integrations, location and the version of the Service available to you.

HybridTrader is not a broker, investment manager, financial adviser or trading signal service.

We do not execute trades on your behalf.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature or functionality will remain available indefinitely.

Certain features of HybridTrader require a paid subscription.

The applicable subscription price, billing period and any applicable trial terms will be presented to you before you activate or purchase the relevant subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation method made available through your account or by contacting our Support team.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal charges;
• cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current billing period; and
• access to paid features may continue until the end of the applicable paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated or where access is suspended or terminated under these Terms.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant subscription period has commenced, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we expressly agree otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days of entering into it. Where you ask us to begin providing the Service during that period, any payment or refund due following cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Some features of HybridTrader require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login information confidential;
• maintaining the security of your account;
• ensuring that information associated with your account is accurate and current; and
• all activity carried out through your account, except where caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You must not share your account credentials with another person or allow another person to access your subscription unless we expressly permit this.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

HybridTrader is not a financial adviser and does not provide personal financial, investment or trading advice.

The information and tools provided through HybridTrader are intended for general educational, informational and research purposes only.

The Service may provide market data, news, economic information, statistical information, AI-generated analysis, commentary and other analytical content.

None of this constitutes:

• personal financial advice;
• investment advice;
• trading advice;
• a personal recommendation;
• an instruction to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument; or
• a guarantee or representation that any particular trading or investment decision is appropriate for you.

Information provided through the Service is not tailored to your individual:

• financial circumstances;
• investment objectives;
• financial position;
• experience; or
• risk tolerance.

You are solely responsible for evaluating information provided through HybridTrader and for any trading, investment or other financial decisions you make.

If you require personalised financial advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified and regulated financial adviser.

Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk.

You may lose some or all of the money you commit to a trade or investment.

HybridTrader does not guarantee:

• profitability;
• trading performance;
• investment returns;
• the accuracy of a trading decision;
• the success of any particular strategy; or
• any particular financial outcome.

Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You should only trade or invest amounts that you can afford to lose and should independently assess the risks associated with any financial activity you undertake.

Some features of HybridTrader use artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies.

AI-generated outputs may include analysis, commentary, summaries, insights and other informational content.

AI-generated content:

• may be inaccurate;
• may be incomplete;
• may contain errors;
• may rely on incomplete or outdated information;
• may misunderstand context; and
• should not be treated as fact or certainty without independent verification.

AI-generated content is provided to assist with research and analysis and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness or suitability of AI-generated content.

HybridTrader may provide information obtained from third-party data providers, news providers, market-data providers and other sources.

Third-party information may be subject to delays, errors, interruptions, limitations or inaccuracies.

We do not guarantee that third-party information is complete, accurate, current or available at all times.

Where applicable, third-party content remains subject to the relevant provider’s terms and conditions.

HybridTrader currently supports direct account synchronisation with:

• MetaTrader 5 (MT5);
• TradeLocker;
• Tradovate; and
• NinjaTrader,

together with supported brokers and prop firms using those platforms.

The availability of specific brokers, prop firms or integrations may change over time.

Where direct account synchronisation is unavailable, HybridTrader may provide alternative methods of importing trading data, including CSV uploads from other brokers and prop firms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority to connect an account and provide trading data to HybridTrader.

Third-party trading platforms, brokers and prop firms remain separate services and may have their own terms, restrictions and availability requirements.

Your use of HybridTrader is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and otherwise process personal data.

We may use third-party service providers to provide certain functions of the Service, including hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, AI processing and integrations.

You agree not to:

• use HybridTrader for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Service;
• scrape or systematically extract content or data without permission;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except where permitted by applicable law;
• circumvent security or access controls;
• introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful material;
• use the Service to infringe the rights of another person;
• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or
• use the Service in a way that could damage HybridTrader, Firegenie or its users.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these Terms or applicable law have been breached.

The HybridTrader Service and its content, including its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, graphics, text and other materials, are owned by Hybrid Dashboard FZ-LLC, Firegenie Solutions Ltd and/or our licensors, as applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

You must not:

• copy or reproduce the Service;
• distribute or commercially exploit the Service;
• modify or create derivative works from our proprietary materials;
• remove proprietary notices; or
• use our branding without permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

We aim to keep HybridTrader available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The Service may occasionally be:

• unavailable;
• delayed;
• updated;
• modified;
• suspended;
• discontinued; or
• changed in whole or in part.

We may introduce, modify or remove features from time to time.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature or functionality will remain available indefinitely.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect your use of the Service.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

HybridTrader may integrate with third-party services, including:

• brokers;
• prop firms;
• trading platforms;
• market-data providers;
• news providers;
• AI providers;
• payment providers;
• analytics services; and
• other technology providers.

Third-party services are operated independently from HybridTrader.

We are not responsible for third-party:

• outages;
• changes;
• restrictions;
• errors;
• inaccuracies;
• security incidents; or
• decisions made based on third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to HybridTrader where:

• you materially breach these Terms;
• you engage in unlawful or abusive activity;
• your account creates a security risk;
• payment remains outstanding;
• we are required to do so by law; or
• continued provision of the Service becomes impractical or unlawful.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 5.

Termination or cancellation does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firegenie Solutions Ltd, acting in connection with the operation of HybridTrader on behalf of Hybrid Dashboard FZ-LLC, will not be responsible for:

• losses arising from trading or investment decisions made by you;
• losses arising from reliance on information, analysis or AI-generated content;
• indirect or consequential losses;
• loss of profits;
• loss of business;
• loss of anticipated savings; or
• losses resulting from third-party services, outages or inaccuracies.

We do not guarantee any particular trading or financial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Firegenie Solutions Ltd against reasonable losses, claims and expenses arising directly from:

• your material breach of these Terms;
• your unlawful use of the Service;
• your misuse of the Service; or
• your infringement of our or a third party’s intellectual property rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify us for matters caused by our own breach of law or negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example through the Service or by email.

The updated Terms will become effective from the date stated in the updated version.

Where applicable law requires your express agreement to material changes, we will obtain that agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of HybridTrader shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

HybridTrader is operated by Firegenie Solutions Ltd on behalf of Hybrid Dashboard FZ-LLC. The involvement of Hybrid Dashboard FZ-LLC does not affect the governing law or jurisdiction of these Terms.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory rights they may have under the laws applicable to them.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Firegenie Solutions Ltd in connection with your use of the Service.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
